We have not been idle and can now introduce you to three new caps that will expand our range, and perhaps soon your closet too.
We start with the new Dad Hats in green and red.
Dad hats are so-called “unstructured” caps that do not have a mesh fabric. In our case, both colors have an intentionally washed-out look. The process to achieve this would destroy a mesh fabric during production, which is why it was not an option here.
However, the lack of a mesh doesn't have to be a disadvantage. Dad hats are very soft and hug the head extremely comfortably.
Even if the hat is extra-large, as expected from us, it is still suitable for a relatively wide range of head sizes in our tests.
One of the most frequent requests was to include simple, unbranded caps in the range, without large labels or patches. We want to take this into account even more in the future, but these two caps are a start.
Both caps have BigBrains branding only on the inside of the cap, where it is not visible when worn.
As the initial feedback and sales figures for the Dad Hats have been extremely positive, this model will also be released in a light blue color this summer. We can't promise an exact timeline yet, but we aim for around July.
Snapback cap with color-coded peak
In addition to the Dad Hats, we now also have a new dark blue snapback cap in our range.
The cap comes in a relatively plain dark blue color, but has a blue and white pattern on the underside of the brim. A suede (imitation) logo is emblazoned on the front.
After our last caps mainly had a “strap” closure with either a fabric band or leather band, this cap once again comes with a classic plastic snapback closure.
Even if this was not necessarily planned on purpose, there can always be minor deviations in the exact size due to our rather small production batches. We have therefore labeled this cap as “XL”, as it is approx. 1 cm smaller in circumference than our “XL-XXL” caps.
Here too, the initial feedback and sales figures have been very positive, which is why we are planning another cap in the same color.
