Die Mütze hatte den gewünschten Kopfumfang, saß aber leider trotzdem nicht gut. Daraufhin habe ich diese in 100%-igen Zustand auf meine Kosten zurück geschickt und reibungslos mein Geld zurück überwiesen bekommen. Sehr netter Mail-Kontakt. Auch wenn es nicht geklappt hat -> alles gut. Danke!
