Our new oversized gray trucker cap is available in two different sizes. "M-L" and "XL". How did that happen?
Originally we just wanted to make the larger version. However, there was a misunderstanding in production, which is why one batch was a bit too small. Apart from the incorrect size and the wrong size labels, the caps are impeccable.
Since the quality of the caps is absolutely top, we didn't want to throw them away pointlessly and decided to offer this article in two sizes.
In fact, our original goal was to make the summer hat a few centimeters larger in circumference. However, it turned out that this is not as easy as expected.
There are always patterns or molds for our caps, hats and beanie hats. Among other things, these molds have to fit on the devices that ultimately produce the hats. With our beige XL sun hat, we are already using the maximum of what our supplier can implement in this case. However, we are working on it. There will be another (even bigger) hat at a later date.
